Shetland Family Four

This popular starter boat was first produced in 1973 and although modifications have been made it is still in production to date. The craft was designed for both river and sea cruising, it is easy to launch from a road trailer and is easy to manoeuvre, it will take an engine up to 70hp. The accommodation is a single cabin with 2 berths or seating in the bow with a table. There is a toilet locker and sink area. The cockpit fitted with a helm seat has 2 side benches which can be used as 2 single berths.
In 1996 the crafts transom was modified and a GRP transom platform for the outboard was added giving more cockpit space and wrap around seating in the stern that converts to a double berth with table.
